I hope this actually gets to you, and you respond [letter # unknown]. I know very well what you are experiencing as I did the same. I am now at 260 mg and it took a long time. A doctor believed me and worked on my part to convince the clinic to go there. Also, splitting your dose will help. I take 120 mg in the AM and 140 mg at 4:00pm. Also take an antacid a couple times a day as that slows down your body's digestion of the methadone. Are you familiar with the peaks and troughs blood tests? Hope to hear from you.
