Subject: A CLINIC THAT CARES!

I would like to share the great experience that I have with the clinic that I go to. It is located in Reno, NV.

First off the staff treats everyone like you are a human being; they really care about all their patients! They take the time to ask you about your health, ect. They always ask everyday how you are doing. And if you ever have a question regarding anything,
they always stop to take the time to help you!!!

For example, I was having trouble trying to figure out how my insurance works on repaying me for my treatments, as my insurance was giving me the RUN AROUND! The nurse and the office manager went out of their way to figure it all out for me!!! It is really not their responsibility to deal with insurance as it is up to the patient to handle their own insurance.

Well, needless to say, it looks as though I will be repaid by my insurance for all the money that I have spent on my treatments.

THANKS TO THE STAFF AT MY CLINIC!!!!

They are also this month going to start MA meetings for their patients. AA/NA meetings make people on MMT feel like they are losers just because they are on methadone. If anyone can get their clinic to start their own MA meetings it would help them so
much.

I wish that everyone who is on MMT could have it like the clinic I go to! I feel so bad/sad for all those people out there who have to endure such terrible treatment everyday through the clinic that they go to. I also wish there was something or anything that I could do to help!!!!!
