I attend a clinic in Arkansas, and I have to say I find the people that work there some of the nicest, and they seem to really care about us their patients. I am presently at 75mg and feel that I need an increase, but after a blood screen during trough time, the test came back 294 [ng/ml]. I did not warrant an increase.

In the early morning hours I am always awake and wanting to use. Any answers? I have explained this to the people at the clinic and they say that the test speaks for itself. I know that I need an increase. HELP someone please share their knowledge. Is this all in my head or do I really need the increase. Is the test always right?
