My sister is on methadone right now - I believe 20 to 40 mgs. We've been discussing LAAM. I read an earlier message that LAAM was not all that it was cracked up to be. My sister is very strong, but she's been thru so much. I'm afraid she'll give up. I'm willing to pay for the initial costs which I understand are hefty.

Would you let me know if you're still on LAAM and how it's going since your April or May 97 message, please? [The letter in question may be #178. - Eric]
