Thomas Payte, MD for methadone patients to give to their doctors who may not be familiar with MMT patients. When visiting your doctor, dentist, or hospital bring an extra copy of "Dear Doctor" to give to the physician who treats you. Maybe you will receive better care during your visit, but you will certainly open some eyes.
